Hello all. I was on zone by phone this weekend. I noticed that It has been updated, and I like it. The only problem is that when I type in my user id, it doesn't ask me for my phone pin sometimes. On ocasions, it will ask me again for my user id right after I typed it in and pressed pound. I'm believing that me calling from a cell phone is part of the problem here,but could the problem be me calling from a cell phone? Sometimes, while in a conference, I get logged out. I'm connected to the system, but I get logged out of the conference. Also, if I'm checking voice mail or logging on, the system is slow at responding to my commands. For example, when I press 2 to check my voicemail, it's a few seconds before I hear anything. Has this happened to any of you?

Katie, the only thing I can say for sure is that there is always a delay on cellphones when entering touchtones. That might be part or all of the problem. Try a landline phone that is preferably hard-wired, and not chordless andsee what happens. That should take care of some of the isues you raised in terms of diagnosing wherein the problem lies.

Hi Lou, Thanks for telling me about the delay in touch tones with cell phones. I'd call from a land line, but I don't have long distance. Well the delay isn't that bad.

Well, I was wondering what the cause of the problems I mentioned in my last post. Well the touch tone delay, is quite annoying, but I can deal with it.

katie, it does it with me as well sometimes, and I call from a landline phone.
